Encore Rifle Iron Sites

While they work, I'm not enthralled with the rear adjustable sites on Encores.  Windage is easily adjusted but elevation adjustment is a rinky dink affair with two screws to loosen.  Does anyone know a source for sites (I don't really want a peep site) for Encores with a single screw for elevation adjustment?

You can go here:  http://www.eabco.com/williams-sights.html and get the williams full sight set up.  they have a version with target knobs that adjusts up and down and side to side with a click of the knob.
