Encore 209x50 pistol users

Anybody use the handgun 209x50 barrel?  How does it shoot? range? best loads?  Sure seems like a fun way to go for deer this fall.

Do a quick search for the 209x50 using the search feature on the forum. There are many threads re. the black powder barrels.

Ok, I tried the search for 209x50.  Got tons of threads that I waded through, unsuccessfully able to open any of them.  Some brought me back to GB forums index.  Others took me to a thread in a forum that had little or nothing to do with what I was looking for.  Can't say I was impressed.
If anyone has any info on accurracy and loads for the 15" barrel, it'd be appreciated.  Otherwise, we can all just go spend time looking for old notes and not talk to each other any more.

I have a friend who is interested in this too. He has been able to find anbody who has used one yet

Unfortunately the forum search using google doesn't work very well, if at all. An alternative is to use the members post search which does work, you just need the member's user name or click their profile on one of their posts and then choose "show the lasts posts of this person" near the bottom of their profile. If any member has posted on the subject much, maybe someone can recommend the member's name so their posts can to be reviewed. The member list is near the bottom of the main index. If the member's name isn't known exactly, you can search the members list to find them with the "Search for users" option. If the member has a lot of posts, it may be a long search, but it can save some time if they haven't a lot of posts.

I know this isn't ideal, but it does work with a little input from other members.
