Does anyone call fox or coyote? It is something I would love to try this fall/winter.
I hit a fox today that looked more like I had done him a favor. He had mange so badly that he was missing 1/3 of his fur.

I am just starting to try and figure out how to hunt just them, like Stimpy I have only shot at them when hunting something else. I worked up a load for my .223 h&r that was doing right at 2.5" at 300 yards, dad and I were shooting at golf balls after I figured out that load :) But I think I have way too much scope on for varmits, it is a fixed power 36x, it works great, but might be a little much for coyotes, I was thinking groundhogs when I got it and put it on there.

I used to trap fox when I was young (and you could actually make some money doing it). I enjoy calling in yotes, but havn't had much time for it in the past few years. I am planning on doing alot this winter as the yotes are becoming a real problem aroung these parts again.
