Why? I don't always need .50" groups... Not like I can shoot those anyway... For close range stuff, a 1 or 2 MOA holograph will do just fine for what I want. I also don't want to make a small, light, carbine or pistol any heavier or bulkier than it has to be. I already have plenty of stuff with scopes, I want something different. I have a kid that is cross eye dominant and is just not wanting to change to lefty... she shoots scopes well, but not iron sights. I think a holograph will work about like a scope for her but be a little faster. She spends too much time getting the PERFECT sight picture. I think if she could just plaster that dot on the target it might be better.
