Varget in the TCUs

This is probably a question most for Dan. Here in Oz the Vihtavuori powders are pretty hard to come by but, luckily for us, this is where most of the Hodgdon powders come from. So my question is how does the 6.5tcu go with Varget or any of the other Hodgdon powders since we can't get N150 etc. All feedback welcome. Thanks Nigel.

The stuff works real well in the 223 it should work in anything that uses that same case.

Yep.. Can't say I've tested it much in the TCUs, but the best loads with about half my guns is using Varget powder. It handles temperature differences with little difference in velocities very well, also. I wish I could find rimfire ammo that did the same.

It's just a touch slow in the 7mm TCU, so should be darn near perfect in the 6.5 version.
