What does it matter, its run by a bunch of blue noses.  I left there for good a long time ago.

I wouldn't trust what you read there too much.
Ask your local Magistrate legal questions and you will be better informed.
Ours actually send out updates to law changes for Carry permit holders !
I got some stuff just recently in the mail concerning what other states
will recognise Ga. licenses and Vice-versa !
