I 've got a habit of not fireing my new barrels and guns right away. I just like them brand new for awhile.
I went today to line up the weaver scope on my new TC 14 inch 357max barrel. I must say I was happy with the recoil,
very managable. I'm alittle disapointed with the new weaver scope the focus distance is very short and the field of view is small for the same price I could have got another TC scope.
The 357max 158gr all lead bullets didn't seem very accurate but the 357max xtp 185grns were right on.
( I had ordered the barrel from fox ridge, the second barrel from them, takes about 2 months, am happy with fox ridge so far)
