That would be poster perklo's PDF. That is a good method if you follow his directions and no machining required.
Hunt 101 lost all my pictures a couple years ago or you could see the one I done. What I did was mill six flats around the circumference of the tool so a 13/16" spark plug socket would fit over it an then you can use a small extension and socket to remove the plug. Works great.
Another method is to take a tall nut and weld it to the top of the tool so you can use a socket wrench on it. Just make sure you weld the inside of the nut only.
Lots of ways to do it, some prettier than others, but all get the job done MUCH easier. If you know someone with a MIG welder, buy a tall nut and weld it on and your done. If you know someone with a mill or surface grinder, put six flats on the top portion and you can still use the tool as supplied in the field without having to cary a socket tool with you.
