Without a doubt, wind is far more difficult than trajectory. With good ranging, the trajectory can be plotted if you know exactly what
your load is doing. Wind can be and often is different in speed & direction where the animal is standing than where the shooter is. You must take time to watch the vegatation, grass, limbs, etc. where you are, where the animal is and in between for wind velocity
& direction. And of course this is where velocity & high BC help, but is not a cure all, not even close. To me it is simple, if you don't know about the wind, don't shoot. I have seen days in WY. with the crazy winds where I would not shoot 200 yards, let alone a long shot.
