Anyone have a Ruger Bisley 45 LC customed by Linebaugh? What do you think? How do they compare to the freedom arms 45 Long Colts?

dont  have a 45 but have two 500s and have had two other .500s and a .475. My opinon is there both great. Fa guns are exteamly well built. Only problems i see with them is first you cant get a blued one. I used to complain too that they were to generic but theres lots of options now they offer for customizing. Ive never seen one that wasnt an exceptional shooter. They tend to be almost to tight in tolorances and need to be cleaned real often or will bind up. There slightly cheaper and theres no wait. Linebaughs are extreamly welll made. The two i have now are as tight as any FA. There are even more options for customizing then FA especially if you talke to Dustin instead of John. They get pricy when you really get carried away though. Everyone ive owned has been very accuarate. They seem to hold there resale slightly better then FA if you ever plan to part with it and one thing you have with a linebaugh is a more unique peice that just everyone doesnt have. Bottom line is you cant go wrong with either.

I have several of John's guns and shoot them quite a lot with zero problems. I cannot say the same for the Freedoms i have seen.
